1. Introduction

Welcome to Citriabbal Travel Agency. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing this website or using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Citriabbal Travel Agency's website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:

  • "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.
  • "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Citriabbal Travel Agency.
  • "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
  • "Services" refers to any travel arrangements, bookings, or related services provided by us.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

To make a booking, you must complete our booking form or contact us directly. A booking is confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us and paid the required deposit.

3.2 Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the start date of your tour. For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. All payments must be made in British Pounds (GBP).

3.4 Price Changes

All prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. After confirmation, we reserve the right to increase prices due to circumstances beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, government action, or increases in transportation costs. If the increase exceeds 10% of the total tour cost, you have the right to cancel with a full refund.

4. Cancellations and Changes

4.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Forfeiture of deposit
  • 60-31 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
  • 30-15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
  • 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

4.2 Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will endeavor to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. If we can make the changes, an administration fee of £50 per person will apply, in addition to any costs incurred in making the change.

4.3 Cancellation or Changes by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or make significant changes to your tour, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to:

  • Accept the changes and the revised price (if applicable)
  • Accept an alternative tour of comparable standard and price (if available)
  • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance coverage, including cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of luggage, and personal items. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy covers all activities included in your tour.

6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, any necessary visas, and meet all health requirements for your journey. We will provide general information about these requirements, but you should verify this information with the relevant embassies, consulates, or your doctor as appropriate.

7. Our Responsibilities

7.1 Provision of Services

We will arrange and provide the services described in your booking confirmation. We will use reasonable skill and care in selecting our suppliers and service providers.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct services we provide. We are not liable for:

  • Any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim resulting from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers who provide services on your tour
  • Any unexpected or unusual circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided with all due care
  • Any event which either we or our suppliers could not foresee or forestall, even with all due care

In any case, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided by us directly.

8. Your Responsibilities

8.1 Behavior

You must behave responsibly and with consideration for others throughout your tour. If, in our opinion or the opinion of any service provider, your behavior is causing danger, distress, or annoyance to others, we reserve the right to terminate your arrangements without refund.

8.2 Special Requests

If you have any special requests (dietary requirements, room preferences, etc.), please inform us at the time of booking. We will pass these on to our suppliers but cannot guarantee that they will be met.

8.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information for all persons included in your booking. This includes names as they appear on passports, special requirements, and any other information relevant to your tour.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint while on tour, you must inform our representative or the relevant service provider immediately so that remedial action can be taken if possible. If the matter cannot be resolved on the spot, you should notify us in writing within 28 days of the end of your tour.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
